What types of property do you take on?
We will normally consider houses with three or more bedrooms.
What are your fees?
There are no fees for landlords to pay!
Does my property need to be furnished?
We take on both furnished and unfurnished properties, so don't worry if it is not currently furnished.
How do I know my property won't get damaged?
We make regular property inspections, and we guarantee to return your property to you in an equal or better condition than when we received it.
Who pays for repairs?
We organise and pay for any small repairs. Larger repairs will be the responsibility of the landlord.
